Tim has worked diligently for more than thirty years as a trusted legal adviser, problem solver, arbitrator, and mediator. After practicing for decades at larger law firms, Tim decided to open his own firm focused solely on superior client representation.  He has been recognized as one of Ohio’s “Super Lawyers” for nearly twenty years and has been included in “The Best Lawyers in America” for several years. Tim is a first-call attorney, assisting clients with everything from “save the client” problems to day-to-day legal issues, and a top-tier arbitrator and mediator.

After graduating from law school, Tim served as a Law Clerk to Judge Alice Batchelder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. A graduate with honors from both the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Syracuse University College of Law, Tim served as an editor of the Syracuse University Law Review, was one of only six students whose Law Review Note was published, and, in his third year, taught a legal writing course to first-year students. Before attending law school, Tim spent four years working for the United States House of Representatives.
