Susan Nauss Exon is an arbitrator and MC3-certified mediator with the American Arbitration Association, the Riverside County Court Mediation Panel, and privately. She is Professor of Law Emerita at the University of La Verne College of Law, having retired in June 2020, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for several universities. Susan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University’s School of Law and has authored numerous articles and book chapters on mediation ethics.
