Lisa Baker Morgan is an independent mediator and arbitrator in the U.S. and France. In
addition to her private practice, Morgan is affiliated with the AAA-ICDR, MCLA in Los Angeles,
and Mediation & Resolution in Paris. A member of the California Bar since 1995, this former
trial attorney has served as a full-time neutral since 2021. Morgan received her JD magna cum
laude from Southwestern University and a Master of Laws in International Arbitration and
Dispute Resolution from the Panthéon-Assas University in Paris. She received her mediation
training and accreditation in the U.S. and Europe.
