Jennifer Lupo is a distinguished neutral with more than 30 years’ experience.   She is a commercial and employment arbitration and mediation panelist with the American Arbitration Association, an associate of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a Fellow of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.  She is the Chair-Elect of the New York State Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section, of which she is a founding member.  As an attorney, she represented public and private technology and entertainment companies as either general counsel or outside counsel.  She may be reached at [email protected].
