Adrian L. Bastianelli, III is Of Counsel in Peckar & Abramson’s Washington, DC where he has transitioned his practice almost exclusively to ADR neutral work.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and a past Chair of the ABA Forum on Construction Law where he received its Cornerstone Award.  He is a co-editor of ABA book entitled Construction ADR. He served as editor of The Construction Lawyer and The Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers.  Tabitha M.
