Adam B. Whiteman

Adam Whiteman concentrates his law practice on mechanics liens, construction law, and home repair and remodeling cases, as well as general real estate and business litigation. Adam serves as an arbitration judge for the consumer, commercial, and construction law panels of the American Arbitration Association. Adam has served as the peer-appointed Chair of the Construction and Real Estate Law Section Councils of the Illinois State Bar Association.  He has published extensively on various areas of real estate law and is a regular presenter at continuing legal education seminars. Adam holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has written about the interface of jiu-jitsu and philosophy in a book he wrote with his coach called “Fighting For Your Character,” available on Amazon.
